Business Administration Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (f/m/d)
A dual study program at our headquarters in Grasbrunn near Munich enables you to have the ideal combination of theory and practice! Academic and practical phases alternate regularly throughout the studies. You'll dive intensively into professional practice by handling daily business operations alongside project work and quickly taking on responsibility.
The theoretical study content is offered in cooperation with FOM Munich. At FOM University, you'll acquire theoretical foundations in business administration, strategic management, as well as knowledge in financial controlling and business law. During your practical phases, you'll work in various areas. You'll work on specific projects or support your team in their tasks. After completing the dual study program, we offer you diverse future-oriented development opportunities within the company. So far, we have been able to retain and further support almost 100% of all "trainees" from recent years.
What we offer you
- Degree: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Business Administration (accredited with 180 ECTS credits).
- Duration: 7 semesters.
- The registration deadline for the summer semester (starting March 15) is from November 15 to January 15; for the winter semester (starting October 1) from May 2 to June 15.
- Compensation: 1st year: EUR 1000,- 2nd year: EUR 1200,- 3rd year: EUR 1400,-.

- Good to very good high school diploma.
- Flexibility, sociability and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities & willingness to perform.
- Analytical skills and independent problem solving.
- Helpful academic interests: Natural sciences, IT, Technology (STEM).
