Senior Tech Lead – AI & Automation (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Tech Lead who not only writes code but also inspires a team and implements technologies with clear added value.

Your tasks
- Fast and high-quality development and optimization of tools, scripts, and automations
- Identification, introduction, and integration of new technologies (e.g., Ollama, RAG, PG Vector) for process improvement across all our companies
- Hands-on leadership of a four-person, international development team (remote/on-site) focusing on Python and JavaScript
- Use of VueJS, Nginx, PostgreSQL, Docker, and other relevant technologies
- Close collaboration with various locations (main location: Munich) and stakeholders
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in software development and initial leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of Python and JavaScript, ideally with AI tools
- Experience with VueJS, Nginx, PostgreSQL, Docker or comparable technologies
- Strong affinity for big data and workflow automation
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Team spirit and the ability to deliver high-quality results quickly and efficiently
