Technical Assistant / Assistant Technician (m/f/d)
You support your colleagues from the technical department in maintaining and installing IT network solutions for our customers. The focus of your work is on implementing and supporting network components from manufacturers Extreme Networks, HPE, and Aruba.
Your tasks
- Support with assembly and installation of network components (e.g., switches, access points, routers)
- Assistance with rollouts and patching at our customers' sites
- Preparation of hardware and network equipment for installation
- General support of the technical team in daily operations
- Support with error analysis and resolution of technical issues
Your profile
- minimum secondary school qualification
- ideally completed training as IT specialist or electronics technician
- interest in IT
- communicative
- enjoys learning new tasks
- driving license (minimum) class 3 or B is a necessary requirement
