For ten years, Peter-Christoph Haider and Michael Stettner have led the CMS IT-Consulting GmbH as a dynamic duo. Starting in 2025, this will take place in a new constellation together with the Bell Computer-Netzwerke GmbH under the umbrella of the Digital Foundations GmbH, the holding company of the Haider family.

In the course of this further development, we have decided to appoint our long-standing procurator Leonardo Homedes to the board of management. In the future, we will shape the future of our corporate group as a trio with all our strength and passion – together with our employees and in the interest of our customers and partners.

Leonardo joined the CMS IT-Consulting GmbH in 2020 as head of human resources and administration. Soon after, he took on additional tasks and responsibilities and was appointed procurator in 2022. Over the past years, he has become an important pillar and trusted person in our company. With his integrity, his competence, and his great commitment, he has significantly shaped the development of CMS. Since the merger with our sister company Bell, he has also made a substantial contribution to uniting both companies under one roof.
